Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured or self-pay clients have the right to a written estimate of expected costs before scheduling. To request yours, email us at care@godaellimentalhealth.com or call (703) 870-0738.
No-Show & Late Cancellation
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be billed a fee.
Cancellation fees are waived only in the event of a medical emergency, a death in the family, or a natural disaster.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company for mental health services, Godaelli is here to help.
We can issue you a superbill that includes all the necessary information and billing codes for your insurance company to process your claim. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
