Somewhere to send the student on your list.
You already know which ones need more than a check-in. What you need is a practice that answers the phone, has appointments this month, and sends documentation back to your team.
- Appointments often available within days
- Ages 6 through young adulthood
- Most major insurance accepted

- Attention or focus concerns that need a clinical evaluation
- Anxiety or low mood outlasting a school-based support plan
- A student already on medication with no current prescriber
- A named provider and a date, not a waitlist
- Written findings with specific, actionable recommendations
- Medication management with the same clinician over time
- A line of contact with our team, once the family signs a release
Three steps, none of them paperwork.
We would rather you spend the period with the student than with our intake process.

Hand the family our number
The family calls (703) 870-0738 or requests an appointment online. Our intake team verifies insurance and books the evaluation directly with them — no referral form to chase, and no gate you have to pass first.
- 02
Call us yourself if it is complicated
For a student with a tangled history, an urgent timeline, or a pending eligibility meeting, call our intake team before the family does. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and what our next available appointment looks like.
- 03
We close the loop
Once the family signs a release, we can share the evaluation findings with you, and we stay reachable while the student's treatment plan is in place.
Something to leave on the desk.
The same two flyers we print, free to download as one-page, print-ready PDFs. Put them in a folder, post one on the office door, or forward the file to a family who is still deciding.

A referral that comes back is worse than one you never made. Here is the honest line.
- Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, ages 6 through adulthood
- ADHD assessment and treatment
- Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns
- Medication management, with GeneSight testing when it helps
- Supportive therapy in-house, alongside prescribing
- Crisis and emergency response — call or text 988, or 911
- Inpatient, residential, and detox admissions
- Full neuropsychological or psychoeducational test batteries
- Documentation prepared for 504 plans, IEPs, or college accommodations
- Court-ordered and forensic evaluations — a separate intake
What the evaluation gives a family.
A psychiatric evaluation produces a clinical picture: what we found, the diagnosis it supports, and the treatment plan we agreed on with the family. Once they sign a release, we can share those findings with you.
We do not prepare 504, IEP, or college accommodation paperwork. Districts and campus disability services offices run their own eligibility processes and decide which records they need from the family.
