What you can book

Four reasons students call us.

01

Adult ADHD evaluation

A structured evaluation for attention and focus, including for people who were never assessed as kids. We look at what else could explain it — anxiety, sleep debt, mood — before we land on a diagnosis.

02

Anxiety & depression

Evaluation and treatment for anxiety, panic, and low mood, including the test-anxiety and burnout patterns that show up hardest in the middle of a semester.

03

Video visits across Virginia

Secure video appointments from your dorm, your apartment, or home over break. No commute, no waiting room, and no explaining to anyone why you left campus for the afternoon.

04

Transfer of care & refills

Already established with a prescriber somewhere else? We take over ongoing medication management, request your records, and keep the plan running rather than restarting it from scratch.

Confidentiality

Your record belongs to you.

  • Your visits are confidential and HIPAA-protected. We do not report to your school.
  • If you are 18 or older, you decide who else is involved — including your parents.
  • Nothing is shared with a professor, a dean, or an employer.

We see students from University of Mary Washington, George Mason University, Germanna Community College, and Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), and by video from anywhere else in the state. Your campus disability services office decides what accommodations you qualify for and which records it needs from you.

We accept most major commercial and federal plans, including many student plans. Our team verifies your specific coverage before the first visit.
